DMCA Policy

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, novels.com.ng will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed or disabled.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following details:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, or if you are outside of the United States, the judicial district in which novels.com.ng is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.
